About this Course

Course Scope and Sequence

This course is designed to instruct and evaluate the user on basic concepts of Precision Dimensional Measurement.

The course is organized into eight sections, selectable from the main menu:

• Length Standards
• Measuring Instrument Types
• Measuring Instrument Errors
• Dimensional Measurement Tools
• Gage Blocks Part 1
• Gage Blocks Part 2
• Angular Measurements, and
• Optical Instruments.

Sections are further broken down into topics, selectable from section menus. At the end of each lesson the learner is returned to the section menu..
