BECOMING LEAN
DVD SELF-DIRECTED TRAINING
This program is designed for individuals who will be helping
their organization to make the transition to a lean operating
philosophy. It explains the basic principles and practices of lean.
It also provides guidelines for value stream mapping and converting
a process to a lean operation. By increasing their understanding of
lean, the program will prepare these individuals to be effective
members of an implementation team.
Per-Use training* - This course is available on a "Per-Use"
basis. The
cost for this option is $195 per person. If you would like a
comprehensive Application Guide created specifically to follow along
with this course, it is available for $39 (includes shipping). Also
available is an Instructor’s Guide $95 (includes shipping) which
includes answers to all of the problems in the student Application
Guide.
This is far more than a self-study course. To get the most
out of this course, an expert instructor is available for questions
as you take this course, so you are definitely not on your own!
After successful completion of this course, each registered student
will receive an official Certificate of Completion.
