MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS ANALYSIS (MSA)
(This program is
also available on DVD (Self-Directed Learning) and course
materials including PowerPoint and student workbooks can be made
available for your internal instructors' needs).
Attendees will discover the amounts and types of variations that exist in measurement systems,
to ensure that product acceptance or process control decisions are based on "good data."
Attendees will also learn how to conduct studies to evaluate variability due to bias,
repeatability, reproducibility, stability, and linearity.
The attendees will learn the measurement uncertainty requirements of AIAG, QS 9000:1998, ISO/IEC
17025:1999.
It will also give the student a means to evaluate and document the validation of test and
calibration methods.

Quality and metrology managers, Laboratory and technical personnel, Design, manufacturing,
process, quality, and test engineers, Calibration and maintenance personnel, Environmental
laboratory managers, Inspectors, technicians, SPC coordinators and suppliers.
Prerequisites: Attendees should be familiar
with Statistical Process Control and statistics. If you are not
familiar with SPC, we offer public workshops on SPC as well as
our Self Directed Learning options utilizing our video training
