GD&T MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW
"…covered areas important to my job."
Note: This intro course is the first day of our 3-day
Fundamentals of GD&T course. If you are registering for the
3-day Fundamentals course, this intro course is the first day of
that class and so the charge is not applicable.
If you have been wondering what GD&T is, and what it can do for you and your company, this
is the course for you.
This program is a very fast look at the Y14.5M-1994 Standard.
In this program, we focus on the "what, when and why" of GD&T...thus, you don't have to be an engineer to attend. You only need a desire to understand how GD&T can
help you. The course is an introduction to those with little or no experience with GD&T.
YOU WILL:
- Be introduced to the concepts of the Y14.5M-1994 standard.
- Gain an understanding of the advantages of using the Y14.5M-1994 standard.
- Be able to assess the usefulness of the standard within your area of responsibility.
Materials: The textbook used in this 1-day
overview class is not included in the price of the class.
If you would like to purchase a textbook, the charge of $85
including shipping/handling will be added to the course cost.
(Loaner books are available - using a loaner book means that you
will not have a GD&T reference to take back with you).
