DISCLAIMER AND CANCELLATION POLICY
For complete understanding, we would
like you to become familiar with our registration policies below
before registering for one of our public workshops.
Disclaimer: In some instances, due to circumstances beyond
our control we may need to cancel or postpone a class. QC Inspection
Services, Inc. can not be held responsible for cancelled airfares,
cancelled hotels or any other expenses incurred by the student due
to cancellation of a class. We reserve the right to cancel or
reschedule any event, or to change instructors. In most instances,
we will know 2 to 3 weeks prior to the scheduled class date whether
a given class is a go or is cancelled.
Cancellation Policy:
- SUBSTITUTIONS
can be made at any time prior to start date of the course.
- TRANSFERS
to any of our other courses can be made two weeks prior to the start
of the course. Transfers made fewer than 10 business days
prior to the course start date will be subject to a $50.00 transfer
fee, and we will issue a nonrefundable credit for the remaining
amount, which may be used toward any future seminar within the next
12 months. In appropriate cases such as family emergencies we will
of course waive the $50 transfer fees.
- CANCELLATIONS:
100% of the course fee will be refunded if Cancellation
notice is received within 15 calendar days before the start date of
the course. If the cancellation is made fewer than 15 days prior to
the first day of the class, the registration fee is due and payable
in full to QCIS. It is then advisable to send a substitute to the
course. In appropriate cases such as family emergencies we will of
course consider waiving any cancellation fees and the Transfer
policy will apply.
Registrants who fail to attend on the date of the course are
responsible for the entire course fee.
We guarantee complete satisfaction. The QCIS
complete satisfaction Guarantee applies to those who attend the entire
seminar. If you have any questions, please call Dan
Medford at 800-959-0632.
